In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government for regulating in public interest the distribution of the essential commodity, namely the drug ‘Oseltamivir Phosphate’ and the preparations based thereon and for preventing their misuse has prohibited sell of any preparation containing this drug except in the manner specified in the notification. |
