Section 468 (2) (c)-Period of limitation for taking cognizance
The date of report the Govt. Analyst under which sample is reported not of standard quality should be taken as the date of commencement of period of limitation. - The limitation for the purpose of Section 468 (2) (c) will commence from 2/7/1988, the date of knowledge of commission of offence to the concerned officer under Section 469 (1)(b) and therefore, complaint is not barred by limitation under Section 468 (2)(c).
