Section 15 - Acquittal for the offences under for lack of evidence- challenged
- Accused/ respondent No. 2 and 3 not produced valid licence or any other document entitling them to do Allopathic practice - trial Court acquitted the accused persons because of lack of evidence - except the oral testimony of the petitioner, no other material produced on the basis of which the accused could have been held guilty for the aforesaid offences - held no interference to the impugned judgement of the trial Court - revision petition dismissed.
