Unlicensed Premises unearthed at Tilamor P. S. Sahibabad

Drugs Controller General (India), Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi in a communiqué to all State / U.T Drugs Controller’s has communicated that One Jitendra alias S/o Anil Kumar R/o House No. 51, Sheikh Sarai, Sunarowali Gali, Thana Kotwali, Distt. Bulandshahar (U.P.) engaged in blister packing of certain Tablets of reputated pharma companies was arrested by Police. The police have seized blister packing machine, printed aluminium foils, plain PVC foils, printed cartons and recovered also finished stocks. As per his information, samples of following drugs were taken by Drugs Inspectors, U.P. under the provisions of Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 for the purpose for Test or Analysis. The details about difference between genuine products and the products being blistered packed by the culprits are not yet available.
